"What's the catch?" ...

... a user asked. "Why do you give us all this information for free? Everytime I see that, I wonder if there's a catch."

To that question, I answered, "Yes and No." Yes, you get an enormous amount of information for free. No, there's no catch. Except, you will notice that we do charge for some things, but you always know in advance when we're sharing and when we're selling.

The reason we give so much stuff away is that we want you to know what we say, how we think, and figure out for yourself whether you can trust what we say. I can tell you that I have 11 books on relationships available on the internet right now. That doesn't necessarily mean I'm an expert. Maybe I'm just a prolific writer.

Dr. Phil and Oprah are familiar to most people. They are considered experts. Maybe you take advice from them. Most of the time I agree with what they say. Sometimes I don't. If you ask on the forum, I'll tell you when I agree and when I don't and why.

It's hard for you to ask Dr. Phil or Oprah questions that you might have about your relationships. It's much easier to ask me. I monitor the forum closely, and when your forum mates can't give you a good answer to any question you might have, I'll step in. Backing me up are experts from all over the country, just waiting for the forum to get active enough that we need more experts.

For direct access to the forum and me and experts, you have to pay to join the forum. You'll find the fees amazingly cheap, as you will any books that we sell on the web site. You may wonder why.

We charge low prices because our goal is simply to cover the costs of building and maintaining these sites.

Explore as much as you like throughout this site. Read everything you want in the free articles, mini-courses and ebooks. By then, you'll have a pretty good idea if we are experts or not, and whether you might trust us to help you find a relationship, make a new one last, fix one, or save one. Then, if you want to learn some skills, or participate in a forum with people who really care about relationships, pay the small fee to buy the ebook or join the forum.

If at any time you are disappointed with a purchase from us, just ask for a refund. Refunds are cheerfully given, with no questions asked. Yes, people could take advantage of us, and I suppose a few might. But, on the whole, we know most people are honest and trustworthy, and we assume that you're one of them.

We'll even teach you why, on the whole, it is better to trust people and occasionally be surprised, than it is is distrust people and always worry if people are taking advantage.
